When I got into my car there was a VERY strong smell of perfume that was awful! It was several days before I could get it out of my upholstery! I was there for an inspection.
The experience was smooth and routine. I appreciate the extra mile Vision Chevrolet went to get me a new Tire key that I had no idea was needed. I bought my car there about a year ago and just learned the company has changed over to a new owner. I look forward to continuing my servicing there.

When I called to make the appointment, they told me it would take an hour and a half. The appointment ended up taking over three hours, and when I left, already late for work, the tire pressure sensor light was on.

I normally go out of my way to avoid going to dealerships for maintenance and repairs. I will say after dealing with Jordan and his team gave me a new perspective. I didn’t feel pressured or like I was upsold on unnecessary repairs.
I followed Jordan Poluch from his last dealership because of how well he takes care of my needs. from front to back he services me great. Wether i need lube or not its in and out service.
I made an appointment. My vehicle was taken back for service on time. Wayne explained the process and kept me in the loop with the progress. Wayne also provided information about upcoming services/maintenance that my vehicle is going to need based on mileage intervals. The other employees were very friendly and checked on me while in the waiting area. I was in and out within the projected/estimated timeframes that were set. Overall great experience.
Everything went fine,but was told my inspection passed, and then told it failed. Gave me a good deal on tires since that is what I needed for the car to pass inspection.

I don’t care about the problems car dealerships are having. My paycheck hasn’t gone up and everything else has. I am unhappy that I had to pay so much especially when I’ve been a customer since 2017. All my oil changes and inspections should be free. Steve tried to help me as much as he could. He was great. Plus why do I need to waste my time going to the bank to get a certified check, that was a complete hassle.

In 45 years of driving... the repairs on my colorado were the worst example of customer service I have ever had. They had the vehicle 3 times in a month trying to solve a gas leak problem. That lead its way to one wrong repair and parts replacement after another. OBVIOUSLY, the mechanic(s) didn't know what they were doing. The service manager was real good at making up excuses with one delay after another. $900 later and..... Then, i was told that the front brakes, hub, and evap cannister needed replacement. $1300. Accessible, modern facility. Surprising inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles at a time when both are scarce. Attentive salesman, who was approachable, communicated, went out of his way to be available, even on his day off. He went so far as to clean the vehicle himself, when his detailer was unable to do so. Made what is often a painful process bearable!
